MISSION: ORGANIZATION

In my effort to find my Philippe Charriol ring I ended up cleaning up my room and organizing my shoes. Yes! I lost the ring and I feel really bad because I've had it for quite some time now. There's always that "discomfort" when I lose something. Like a tiny itch just when you are about to sleep. I hate this feeling but I think I have to let it go now. This is not the first time I lost a ring. I always lose one just because I like to wash my hands often. But this time I'm not really sure if I can blame it on that. Whoever took it in purpose knows the value of it. Which is somehow good. But in case I accidentally left it somewhere I hope the person that gets it also knows what it's worth.

oh I'll miss you! =(

So I ended up cleaning my room and I organized my shoes too!

Thanks to Muji for this!

For those of you who doesn't know, I don't really keep shoe boxes just because I don't like different colors of different sizes stacked up in a corner. It hurts my eye. This is why I love these white stackable plastic boxes from Muji! It's big enough to fit 2 pairs in each box.

But I still need more.

I also organized my flats and sandals.

I like to crop jeans that I don't get to use anymore to achieve that perfect DIY shorts. And now I found a use for the excess fabric. Next time you crop your jeans, You might want to keep that part and use it as a dust bag for your flats and sneakers. =)

I visited 5 Corners. I'll be posting some photos from IKEA next. =)

Christmas Village

It is the time of the year again. Allan and I brought Ken, my nephew, and Martina, his niece, to Eastwood City Walk. It was supposed to be a kids-day-out kind of thing but turned out to be some sort of a double date. lol!
Only difference between a real double date is that they have their yayas tagged along. Cute! =)

Allan and I went to Burgos Circle to have our moment of peace after bringing the kiddos home.

flashback...

Last year we brought Ken to the Christmas Village too. Below are some photos from last year. =)

We went to BHS afterwards.

I hope more kids join this tradition next year...

Here's my lookbook post.

Wearing my DIY shorts; tank top from greenhills; stripped blazer from Peanutbutter and Jeri; chucks- but I changed to my ever comfy old rose flats
