Coney and I wanted to meet up after work Friday afternoon to do some shopping but it rained too hard that we had to cancel. Bad for me - good for my pocket!
So Allan picked me up from work. We went to the mall instead. Walked a lot and shopped a little. It's surprising that he bought more than I did. But I'm still a happy shopper since I finally got the denim top that I've been eyeing for quite some time now. I will rock that soon. =)
I was sporting my ever dependable clover tote eco bag because I left the house thinking I'd go shopping in Greenhills after work.
The bag was from my dad. I remember one Saturday afternoon just as I was about to walk out the door to go to school he was there busy reading the day's paper. I had to distract him to let him know I'm going. He looked at me from head to toe and I expected a comment about how short the skirt was but he didn't. He said "Anu ba yang bag mo parang basahan." I was using my Cory Aquino bag by Rajo Laurel and bored him by explaining the whole "for-a-good-cause" reason. His eyes went back to the newspaper and said "Parang basahan padin."
A few months after that he gave me this clover tote bag and said. "Binili kita ng bag kasha yung rulers mo sa school pero parang sako lang." I fell in love with it the first time I saw it and all I can say was... "Pa, thanks for the sako!" =)
Ang sako
at ang basahan
back to my Friday night...
Dinner was great and drinks after that was just perfect to celebrate Marcam and Nicole's engagement! Marcam is a very good friend of ours. We've been friends for a long time now and Allan and I are both happy he finally decided to settle down.
Oh and there goes Allan's new board. =)
This made me want to go back to Camsur! Let me daydream about it for now...
Have a nice day loves! =)
